Cancellation Policy
Services with deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If contacted before the 24 hour period we will be happy to move your deposit to your next scheduled appointment for you.
If canceled within the 24 hour period you will be charged a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee and you must put another deposit down before your next scheduled service.
No shows will be charged the 50% cancellation fee and will be banned from scheduling any future appointments.
We allow a 15 minute late grace period, if you surpass 15 minutes you will be charged a $30 dollar late fee. Longer then 30 minutes and your appointment will be automatically cancelled and will be charged the 50% cancellation fee.
